Alvin's academic training spans the four fields that quietly underpin every well handled luxury transaction. Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Accounting. Master's degrees in Real Estate and in Human Resources and Employment Relations.
Taken together, they are the lenses he brings to advisory work. Finance and accounting for how a property sits within a balance sheet. Real estate for the asset itself. And a long study of people and negotiation for what every meaningful transaction ultimately turns on. Houses are bought and sold by people, in conditions of imperfect information; the work is to read both clearly.
